This is one of our favorites! All my kids love it!

PRETZEL JELLO

1st Layer:

1 1/2 c crushed pretzels

1/2 -3/4 c butter...not margarine

1/2 c sugar

Mix together in a pan and heat until butter is melted and sugar is mixed in thoroughly and somewhat dissolved. Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 6 minutes. Cool.

2nd Layer:

1/2 sugar

8 oz. softened cream cheese

1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream whipped

Mix together and spread over crust and refrigerate.

Top Layer:

2 c boiling water

6 oz strawberry or raspberry jello

20 oz frozen strawberries or raspberries

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in fruit. When mixture is just beginning to thicken, pour on top of cream cheese layer and set. Yummy! You won't be able to stop at just one piece! ENJOY!

I've been working on some new floral arrangements and other crafts. One item still in progress is a tropical wreath with orchids included with other flowers. Somehow I have gotten onto a tropical wave! Having a lot of fun with it too. Pictures to follow soon. If you have any requests, I take custom orders!
